Black Skillet Beef With Greens and Red Potatoes
1 lb top round beef
1 Tbsp paprika
11/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp red pepper
1/8 tsp dry mustard
8 red-skinned potatoes, halved
3 C onion, finely chopped
2 C beef broth
2 cloves large garlic, minced
2 large carrots, peeled, cut into very thin, 21/2-inch strips
2 bunch (1/2 lb) mustard greens, kale, or turnip greens, stems removed, coarsely torn as needed nonstick cooking spray

BLACK PEPPER SLICED MEAT COOK

Ingredients:
300 grams of beef has in, cut according to taste
1 teaspoons salt, 1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons cornstarch
Sauce:
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 / 2 onion, cut into pieces
2 cm ginger, crushed
3 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
2 tablespoons *tausi
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 green pepper, cut into pieces
1 red bell pepper, cut into pieces
2 carrots, sliced oblique
50 ml of water
2 tablespoons black pepper grains, crushed
*Tausi is the fermentation of black bean stew flavored with salt and sugar. Processed and stored in an enclosed place. After a period of fermentation can digunakn for flavoring dishes.
