Seafood Noodles


Basic Materials
     150 gr squid
     150 g shrimp
     4 pcs Canadian scallop
     Egg noodles 300 g dry



Main Ingredients
     0.5 btr egg white
     Flour 1 teaspoon cornstarch
     4 tablespoons cooking oil
     1 tbsp Soy sauce
     100 gr Kapri
     3 Leaf stalk onion

Sauce
     0.5 tsp salt
     2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
     1 tablespoon angciu
     2 tsp sesame oil
     2 tablespoons Soy sauce
     200 ml chicken broth



How to Make:
1. Clean squid, cut in half lengthwise. By using a sharp knife, put scratches on the inside of the squid body and iris size of 1.5 cm. flush with boiling water until the wedge-shaped squid curls. Rinse and drain.

2. Peel shrimp, leaving tails, cut back not to break up, remove the dirt from his back. Clean the mussels ax / scallops, chopped 3-4 pieces. Mix together egg white and cornstarch with shrimp and scallops and set aside
3. Pour noodles with boiling water, let stand until they open and drain. Flush again with cold water, drain. Heat 1 tablespoon oil, stir fry noodles, put fish sauce, stir for 2 minutes, remove from heat. Place in a serving dish and set aside.
4. Heat three tablespoons oil in a skillet, saute the peas, squid, shrimp and scallops below to soak. Enter the sauce and scallions and stir for 2 minutes until cooked.
5. Pour stir into the noodles in a serving dish, serve while warm.
