SPICY FISH SOUP














Ingredients:
1 whole red snapper weight of 600 grams cut into 3 parts
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons cooking oil
3 cloves garlic crushed
1 liter of water
2 tsp salt
1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon all-purpose seasoning (sour taste)
3 tablespoons fish sauce
2 leeks cut into 2 cm
100 grams of sliced ​​radish matchsticks
2 carrots cut into matchsticks
3 sheets of white cabbage sliced ​​3 cm
25 grams glass noodles soaked in cold water until tender drain
1 piece of tofu cut into pieces

How To Make:


  1. Snapper weeded, washed, coat with lime juice and salt. Let stand for 15 minutes and then wash and drain again.
  2. Heat oil and saute dam garlic until fragrant. Boil water, put stir garlic, salt, pepper and chili powder. after boiling re-enter all-purpose seasoning (taste acid) and fish sauce. 
  3. Enter snapper, cooked until tender. Add the leaves onions, radishes, carrots, cabbage and glass noodles. Nook until vegetables mature and lift. Serve warm.
