MARBLE CREAM CAKE












Basic ingredients:
200 grams of chocolate biscuits, mashed
100 g butter, melted
Dough content:
5 egg yolks
100 grams sugar
250 gr Mascarpone cheese cool, beat until fluffy
500 ml of cold heavy cream (whipped cream liquid), beat until fluffy
2 tablespoons gelatin, dissolved in 50 ml of hot water
50 ml Kahlua (coffee liquor)
150 g cooking chocolate, melted
Topping: Chocolate powder
Garnish: Strawberries, Kiwi, Oranges canned sweet

How to make:


  1. Prepare a baking sheet size 22 cm apart pairs, Cover with aluminum foil, set aside
  2. Puree and chocolate biscuits mixed with butter that has melted stir average, and pour into baking dish. Tap-tap to the basic cake then save in a refrigerator for 1 hour until hardened.
  3. Dough content: Beat the egg yolks and sugar until soft and fluffy, then remove from heat. Enter the Mascarpone cheese that has been shaken, stir well, put heavy cream shake, then stir the gelatin solution and add Kahlua and stir well back.
  4. Completion: Pour batter into the pan contents, cooking chocolate has melted put inside the plastic bag and spray into the Tiramisu ornamental, stirring with a fork, to form marble pattern, store in refrigerator at least 4 hours.
  5. Presentation: Sprinkle with cocoa powder and decorate with strawberries, kiwi and sweet orange.
