MANGO TEA CAKE












Ingredients:

75 grams of raisins
1 harumanis ripe mango, diced

How to make:


  1. Beat margarine and sugar until soft, put the eggs one by one while continues to be shaken until blended.
  2. Enter the corn oil and wheat flour, stir well, add baking soda, cinnamon powder, grated coconut and raisins and stir well. Add the chopped mango and stir well.
  3. Pour into baking dish, sprinkle with sliced ​​almonds and bake for 45 minutes or until cooked, remove from heat.
  4. Cut into wedges and serve.
