Ingredients:
125 grams of margarine
200 grams of caster sugar
3 eggs
120 ml of corn oil
275 grams of wheat flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
75 grams of dried grated coconut
75 grams of raisins
1 harumanis ripe mango, diced
topping: sliced almonds
How to make:
- Beat margarine and sugar until soft, put the eggs one by one while continues to be shaken until blended.
- Enter the corn oil and wheat flour, stir well, add baking soda, cinnamon powder, grated coconut and raisins and stir well. Add the chopped mango and stir well.
- Pour into baking dish, sprinkle with sliced almonds and bake for 45 minutes or until cooked, remove from heat.
- Cut into wedges and serve.
