Spicy Dry-Rub Marinade (for grilled chicken & shrimp)

Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon paprika powder
  • 2½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ¾ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¾ teaspoon white pepper
  • ½ teaspoon thyme leaves
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
Instructions:
  • mix all ingredients
