Spicy shrimp noodle soup




Basic Materials
     400gr Shrimp
     200gr Mi-dried egg
     100gr Vermicelli dry

Main Ingredients
     0.25tsp Salt
     cooking oil

Broth
     400ml shrimp broth
     0.5ml Cooking oil
     1.5tsp Salt
     1500ml Water


Sauce
     8 Chilli milled / smooth
     5 tomato sauce
     2 Ginger
     4 Garlic
     2 Leaf onions
     1 sesame oil
     0.5 Vinegar
     300ml Water
     1 Lime water
     1 Salt
     1 sugar



How to Make:
1. Rinse the shrimp under running water, peel and set aside the skin and the head to make the broth, reserving his tail. Marinate the shrimp with salt, let stand for 10 minutes. Fry shrimp in hot oil, remove from heat, drain and set aside.
2. Saute shrimp skin and head for 3-4 minutes, season salt. Enter into 1500 ml of water, bring to a boil, boil for 10 minutes, remove from the heat. Strain, discard the waste, and measure the broth as much as 1200 ml.
3. Mix the sauce ingredients together, put the skillet and cook until thick, remove from heat.
4. Boil egg noodles in boiling water until tender, remove and drain. Sprinkle the noodles with boiling water until tender, drain. Combine noodles and vermicelli premises sauce, stirring until well blended
5. Prepare a serving bowl, the noodles into 4 equal parts a lot, premises pour hot broth, add the fried shrimp and crackers. Serve immediately with lemon wedge if desired.
