Beef noodle soup


Basic materials
     250 grams of noodle vietnam (thin Shahe)
     150 grams of meat sukiyaki

Main Ingredients
     Enough water
     80 g sprouts

Broth
     2 tablespoons cooking oil
     500 gr beef knee bones
     200 g Onions
     1.5 small pieces Ginger
     0.5 tablespoons of Lemongrass
     2.5 Cinnamon
     1 teaspoon salt
     3000 ml of water



Sauce
     0.5 tbsp fish sauce
     0.5 tablespoons hoisin sauce

How to Make:
1. Place the noodles in a heat-resistant bowl, pour the boiling water. Let stand for 20 minutes or till tender noodles, drained
2. Heat oil in a pan, saute the beef until it changes color bone. Enter into it onions, cook until lightly browned onions.
3. Enter the ginger, sreh, cinnamon and salt, then pour the water. Once boiling, reduce the flame. Simmer for 1 hour with a pot remains open. Strain using a strainer wire kadu, discard pulp. Put beef sukiyaki broth and bring to a boil again over the fire. Then measure the broth by about 1200 ml.
4. Enter the noodles and bean sprouts into 4 bowls. Flush with boiling broth until the noodles are completely submerged, put some meat sukiyaki. Sprinkle with a complement. Serve hot with fish sauce and hoisin sauce.
