LAYER CAKE CHEESE














Ingredients:
12 egg yolks
5 egg whites
150 grams of granulated sugar
1 tsp cake emulsifier
150 grams of wheat flour sifter
1 / 2 tsp baking powder
150 grams of margarine, melted
Complement: cream cheese and cheddar cheese

How to make:


  1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius temperature. Prepare a round baking pan size 22 cm spread with margarine and sprinkle with flour.
  2. Beat eggs, sugar and cake emulsifier, flour until fluffy enter flour, baking powder and stir well.
  3. Enter the liquid margarine, mix well and pour into the pan.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes until cooked and let cool.
  5. Once cool, spread one cake topped with cream cheese, stacking cakes other, rubbing all parts of the cake with cream cheese and sprinkle top of cake with grated cheddar cheese.
