BANANA BOLLEN















Ingredients:
60 grams of margarine
100 ml liquid milk
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
60 grams of wheat flour
3 eggs
1 / 2 tsp baking powder
5 pieces of plantain, diced
50 grams of raisins
Oil for frying
Topping: sugar powder, cooking chocolate, melted cheddar cheese, grated

How to make:


  1. Cook the liquid margarine with milk and sugar, after boiling enter flour, stir well and cook until dull, remove from heat.
  2. Add the eggs one by one into the batter and mix well, use a mixer, add baking powder and stir well.
  3. Insert the banana slices and raisins into the batter and stir well.
  4. Heat the cooking oil, use two tablespoons of dough to form spherical and fry until browned, remove from heat.
  5. Once cool sprinkle with powdered sugar, melted chocolate and cheddar cheese.
  6. Serve immediately.
