YOGHURT CAKE












Ingredients:
200 grams of butter or margarine
200 grams of castor sugar
4 egg yolks
1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
80 ml of lemon juice
200 ml yoghurt
250 grams of wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 / 2 tsp baking soda
4 egg whites beaten until stiff.
spread:
125 grams of powdered sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
50 ml Yogurt

How to make:


  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius temperature, prepare the baking pan shape ring size of 20 cm, spread with margarine and sprinkle with flour, set aside.
  2. Beat butter and sugar until soft, put the eggs and beat again until blended.
