CHOCO CHIFFON CAKE














Ingredients:
7 egg yolks
200 grams of sugar
100 ml of salad oil
150 ml liquid milk
200 grams of wheat flour sifter
50 grams of cocoa powder sifted
1 teaspoon baking powder
7 egg whites
100 grams of sugar
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
Garnishes: cooking chocolate

How to make:


  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius temperature. Prepare a baking sheet chiffon form a ring size of    24 cm, Cover with baking paper and wet it with water.
  2. Mix the egg yolks with sugar, stir well, put salad oil, stirring average liquid milk mix well add. Enter the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder, stir well and set aside.
  3. Beat the egg whites with sugar and cream of tartar until fluffy and rigid, insert it into the egg mixture and stir well. Pour into baking dish and bake for 45 minutes.
  4. Once cooked, lift the pan back or hang upside down on the bottle, after lost steam cake will be detached by itself, cool and ornamental with cooking chocolate.
