Eggs, Hash Browns, & Ham Casserole


12 large eggs
1 cup cream
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3/4 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon butter flavoring
2 cups hash brown potatoes, shredded, frozen, thawed
1 pound sliced ham, chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated



Preheat oven at 350° degrees F. Spray 2 quart casserole dish with cooking oil.
Mix eggs, milk, pepper, and salt together. Lightly sauté onions in oil, then add thawed potatoes.
Stir to mix ingredients. Pour in egg mixture and stir. Spoon into casserole dish, sprinkle grated
cheese over casserole and bake for approximately 25 minutes or until knife comes out clean
when inserted. Cut into 8 squares.
