Oriental Salad Dressing


Makes 3/4 cup

1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup water
1/4 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
1/4 teaspoon minced fresh ginger

Combine all ingredients in a covered jar. Shake to mix. Store in a covered jar in the refrigerator.
Variation: To make this into a Dijon-oriental dressing,
add 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard.
