Ingredients:
1 chicken weight of 900 grams
2 liters of water
4 cm ginger crushed
2 stalks lemon grass crushed
12 spring onions finely sliced
5 eggs poached chicken
100 grams of bean sprouts into tears hot water
6 tablespoons sliced celery
2 tablespoons cooking oil
80 ml soy sauce
Puree:
8 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon toasted cumin
1 tsp toasted coriander
8 pieces of toasted hazelnut
2 cm turmeric fuel
1 teaspoon salt
1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
Complement: soy sauce: 8 fruit green chili sauce, 3 cloves garlic, saute briefly and puree. Mix with 100 ml of soy sauce.
How To Make:
- Boil chicken and then enter ginger and lemongrass. cook until the chicken is tender and then, lift and reserve broth for gravy.
- Heat oil and saute the sliced onions and crushed spices until fragrant. Then enter into the broth. Add the soy sauce and bring to a boil again.
