MANGO CREAM CAKE













Ingredients:
Wrap a layer cake weight 265 grams, sliced
Dough Content:
2 harummanis mango, puree
100 grams sugar
250 ml liquid milk
1 packet gelatin powder white
500 ml heavy cream, whipped
10 grams of gelatin dissolved in 50 ml of warm water
Garnishes:
fresh strawberries

How to make:


  1. Prepare a baking pan unloading pairs size 22 cm, set aside
  2. Arrange the slices of cake layer at the base and edge of pan
  3. Dough contents: mangoes that have been mashed mixed with sugar, liquid milk and agar-agar, stir well and bring to a boil, remove and let cool.
  4. Beat heavy cream until stiff float, mix into the dough mango.
  5. Gelatin dissolved in warm water and pour the batter into the mango, stirring the average.
  6. Pour batter into baking pan contents and store in refrigerator for 3 hours until hardened.
  7. Decorate according to taste and serve.
