Ingredients for dressing:
- ¼ cup (4 tablespoons = 60 ml) cider vinegar
- ½ (120 ml) cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
- 1½ teaspoon onion, finely minced
- ¼ teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- ¼ teaspoon paprika powder
Other ingredients:
- ½ cup (120 ml) olive oil
- spinach
- strawberries, sliced
- almonds, sliced, toasted
Instructions:
- put all the dressing ingredients into blender
- while blender is running, slowly add the olive oil
- arrange spinach, strawberries, and almonds in serving bowl and drizzle dressing over all
- left-over dressing keeps in refrigerator for 2 weeks
