Barbara's Spinach Strawberry Salad

Ingredients for dressing:
  • ¼ cup (4 tablespoons = 60 ml) cider vinegar
  • ½ (120 ml) cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
  • 1½ teaspoon onion, finely minced
  • ¼ teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika powder
Other ingredients:
  • ½ cup (120 ml) olive oil
  • spinach
  • strawberries, sliced
  • almonds, sliced, toasted
Instructions:

  • put all the dressing ingredients into blender
  • while blender is running, slowly add the olive oil
  • arrange spinach, strawberries, and almonds in serving bowl and drizzle dressing over all
  • left-over dressing keeps in refrigerator for 2 weeks
