Chicken Porridge Quaker
Varied menu of chicken porridge for breakfast
Ingredients:
100 g Quaker Oats Quick Cooking
50 g of chopped chicken meat
3 cloves garlic (crushed)
2 spring onions (puree)
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 tsp sesame oil
½ teaspoon chicken bouillon seasoning
3 stalks celery (cut fine)
500 ml of water
Soy sauce and pepper to taste
Dumpling skins are cut into small pieces and fried
How to Make:
Seasonings Porridge:
Heat oil and put onion and stir until browned
Enter the chicken meat and a little soy sauce, stir until cooked then set aside
Quaker Porridge:
Quaker Oats cooked with water and spices until thickened chicken broth
Enter the seasoning puree, sesame oil and soy sauce to taste and mix well
Pour the dish into a bowl, sprinkle fried onions, celery, and fried dumpling skin
Serve in warm (for 2 cups)
