FARFALLE BROCCOLI CHEESE SAUCE












Ingredients:
Farfalle pasta 250 grams or ribbon form of hard-boiled
200 grams of broccoli flowerets pontong according
3 stalks beef sausage, cut into oblique

Sauce:

1 tablespoon butter
1 onion, chopped
2 tbsp plain flour
500 ml liquid milk
50 grams of grated cheese
1 teaspoon salt and 1 / 2 teaspoon pepper

Topping:
1 tablespoon chopped parsley

How to make:

  1. Boil the farfalle until cooked, drain.
  2. Wash broccoli and drain.
  3. Heat butter, saute onion until fragrant. Put flour, add milk, cheese, salt and pepper and stir well. add the broth instant chicken-flavored beef and sausage and stir well.
  4. Enter the farfalle, stir well. Remove from heat.
