Mango Lobster/Shrimp Appetizer

Ingredients:
  • cooked lobster tail or cooked large shrimp
  • mango slices (fresh preferred)
  • maple syrup
  • finely ground sweetened coconut
  • tabasco sauce (hot red pepper sauce)
  • wine vinegar
Instructions:
  • heat maple syrup in sauce pan, and reduce until thick
  • add drop of tabasco sauce to taste
  • add small amount of coconut
  • add small amount of wine vinegar
  • line bottom of small ramekin with mango
  • put slice of lobster tail on top
  • drizzle the thick sweet-sour maple sauce over it
