PINEAPPLE RAISIN CAKE













Ingredients:
180 grams of butter and margarine
150 grams of castor sugar
4 eggs
300 grams of wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
200 grams of raisins, soaked water
200 grams of canned pineapple, diced
50 ml of liquid milk
1 teaspoon of Vanilla powder

How to make:


  1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius temperature, prepare the baking pan shape ring size of 20 cm spread with margarine and sprinkle with flour, set aside.
  2. Beat the butter or margarine with sugar until soft, put the eggs and beat again until blended.
  3. Enter the flour and milk, stir well, add raisins, pineapple and vanilla powder blended.
  4. 4. Pour into pan and bake for 30 minutes until cooked, lift and chill.
  5. Spread: Beat egg whites, put powdered sugar in small increments until fluffy and stiff add lemon juice and rub into the surface of the cake, let stand briefly to harden and cut according to taste.
