Cranberry Relish Mold

Ingredients:

  • 2½ cups (600 ml) crushed pineapple
  • 2 packages cranberry Jello (or cherry or raspberry)
  • ¾ cup (180 ml) sugar (no sugar if you use canned berries)
  • 2 cups (480 ml) hot water
  • ½ cup (120 ml) cold water
  • 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1½ cups (360 ml) ground raw cranberries, or 1 can of whole berries
  • 1 small orange ground (including peel)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) chopped celery
  • ½ cup (120 ml) broken walnuts
  • ½ cup (120 ml) chopped apple (with peel)
  • 2 packages unflavored gelatin
