Oriental Quaker Porridge



Oriental flavor to your breakfast.


Ingredients:
Quaker Instant Oatmeal 75 g
1 tablespoon cooking oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cm ginger, crushed
75 g of ground beef
600 ml broth / water
1 tablespoon soy sauce
½ tsp sesame oil
A little pepper and salt
1 egg or 2 egg whites
2 tablespoons scallions, thinly sliced

How to Make:
Heat oil, saute garlic, ginger, and beef until fragrant, pour the broth, bring to a boil
Quaker Instant Oatmeal enter, soy sauce, sesame oil, and salt. Cook until thick porridge
Add the eggs into the puree and stir well. Once cooked remove from heat.
Serve with a sprinkling of scallion.
