Bailey's Irish Cream Bread

1 1/4 cups Water -- very warm
1 package Yeast
1 cup Oats
3 cups Bread flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1/3 cup Honey
2 tablespoons Bailey's irish cream -- or tot

Put ingredients in pan in order listed, Select "white bread" setting on
machine and press “Start”.
The bread doesn't rise much, but the texture is great.


Beer Cheese Bread (Eddy)


Serving Size : 16 Preparation Time :0:00
1 package Yeast
3 cups Bread flour
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
1 tablespoon Butter
10 ounces Beer -- flat
4 ounces American cheese
4 ounces Jack cheese -- cut in 1/4" cubes

 Warm beer and American cheese over low heat on top of stove or in
microwave.

Cheese doesn't need to melt completely. STIR. Add all ingredients in
the order listed if you are using a home type automatic baking
machine.

You'll want to start making your second batch before you taste the first
loaf...
you'll want more, soon, like yesterday
