Tropical Rice Delight
Serves 8
Method:
Empty creamed rice and pineapple into a bowl. Stir
gently until combined. Spoon into individual bowls, top
with bananas and passionfruit.
Tips:
This is a great energy booster at any time of the day.
A super easy dessert for the night before a big day of
activity.
Ingredients:
440 g can vanilla creamed rice
440 g can crushed pineapple,
drained
4 medium bananas, peeled and
sliced
pulp of 4 passionfruit or 125 g can
passionfruit pulp
